CLINICAL FITNESS AND PHYSICAL THERAPY:
Bridging the Gap Between Medicine and Fitness
We strongly believe being proactive in your health is the best way to avoid injuries. Our specialized physical therapists craft medically safe fitness programs for your well-being. Beyond traditional rehabilitation, we focus on personalized regimens to promote lasting strength and vitality. Embrace a holistic approach to wellness with us, where every step is a step towards a healthier, stronger you and greater quality of life.
Our Why:
We founded our practice to address a fundamental flaw in how physical therapy is traditionally approached. Why do we wait until people are injured before we tell them what they should have done differently? Furthermore, once someone completes physical therapy where do we send them to build on the gains made and to assist with cementing long term healthy habits?
Unfortunately, most fitness centers provide little guidance and certified personal trainers are a costly (and sometimes risky) option. We knew we needed to bridge the gap between medicine and fitness.
Our Unique Approach:
Whether you’re an older adult, novice gym goer, seasoned athlete or recovering from injury, we can identify physical deficits that may lead to future injury and address them before they become a serious problem. Minor movement impairments, when repeated over lengths of time, lead to major injuries.
Let us educate you on proper form, motor control, posture and joint protection so you can get back to your life and ensure you’re able to keep doing the things you love.
Our Facilty:
Having the right tool for the job is very important. Our facility boasts a comprehensive range of gym equipment designed to support your rehabilitation and fitness goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to enhance your physical health, our clinic offers a supportive and dynamic environment to help you achieve your goals.
